Beyoncé Knowles begins her career within the group known for their world success, Destiny Child, who begins with a participation on MEN IN BLACK'S BOF with the title Killing Time. In 98, they record their 1st single No, No, No, which contains a version with Wyclef Jean of the Fugees. This collaboration is going to allow them be known by the general public, by insuring the 1st part of the rapper. In 99, Destiny Child takes releases their 2nd album which knows an international success, Writing's on the Wall. Bug a Boo and Say My Name, the first two singles sold out several hundreds of thousand of copies. Farah Franklin leaves the group for " differences of interests " according to the record company. Last quarter 2000, Destiny Child, who are no more than three, participate in the BO of Charlie and his angels, then brings out 2 albums in 2001, Survivor and 8 Days Of Christmas. In 2002, they release a remix album, This Is the Remix. Each of them then begins a solo career.Beyoncé releases her first single Work It Out, which appears on the BO of Austin Powers 3, in which she also holds a role. Dangerously in Love, her 1st album comes out summer, 2003. |
